Today, August 13 is Left Hander's Day, a day for us southpaws to celebrate.
Thats right, I am a southpaw. When I shake hands, it's with my left paw and if I give a high-5, it's with my left paw. I also bat around toys and lizards with my left paw. I generally NEVER give my right paw.
Did you know that the people who are left-handed are usually not 100% left-handed? Most people left-handers will write with their left hand but may actually do other tasks with their right hand. Weird, huh?
Anyway, only 10% of people are left-handed, but guess what?!? They say 100% of Cairn Terriers are southpaws! Pretty kewl, right? You can see a bit about it here on Dogs 101 Cairn Terriers on Animal Planet.
