50 Years of Launch

Last Saturday, we visited Florida's Space Coast - home to all NASA-launched manned space flights starting with Project Mercury in 1961 to the return of the last Space Shuttle in 2011.  We found a great little park that honored the Mercury missions with this stepping stone marker as well as many others.

Oz the Terrier finds this marker commemorating 50 years of space launches on Florida's Space Coast

Tomorrow, I will tell you more about My Mission to Florida's Space Coast.  Happy Wordless Wednesday.
