From Dog Breath to #Minties Fresh

Does your dog suffer from dog breath?  Dog breath can be an important clue in your dog's dental health.  Dog breath, or bad breath, can be a symptom of cavities, gum disease and/or plaque and tartar build up.  But with the right care, like using Minties® Dental Treats from VetIQ, your dog's breath can go from bad to Minties fresh!

Minties Triple Action Dental Chews for good #DogDentalHealth

Minties have a Vet-Grade triple action formula that cleans teeth, freshens breath and help control plaque and tartar build up.  There are several natural ingredients that help promote fresh breath and reduce unpleasant odors, such as:
  • Mint - to promote minty-fresh breath
  • Parsley - to break down odor causing particles in the stomach
  • Dill - to inhibit bacteria and prevent early stages of gingivitis
  • Fennel - to control bacteria and freshen breath

Minties are made in the USA and do not contain any wheat, corn or soy.  They also do not contain any artificial flavors or animal by-products and Minties are gluten-free.

Oz the Terrier tries Minties Dental Treats by VetIQ

Not that I ever have dog breath but I did give the Minties Dental Treats a try.  They smell very minty so I was a bit hesitant but in the end, it was a pretty good treat for a healthy, dental treat.  And Ma says that my breath smelled Minties Fresh afterwards.

Minties Dental Treats can be purchased at Target, Walmart, Tractor Supply, Safeway and other fine retailers.

How do you take care of your dog's dental health?

  11. We love kissable breath and Minties are real good for that between meals. We use our Emmi-Pet toothbrush every night, but dental chews fit in our plan too.

  12. Those sound yummy, Oz! We do toothbrushing, but get the occasional chew-bone like that. We'll have to have our mom look for these!
