My Favorite Stuffie

It's been such a relaxing weekend.  I took lots of naps...with Daddy-dog and in my crate with my favorite stuffie.

Oz the Terrier with his favorite stuffie that he has had since he was a puppy

This stuffie is named Baby and it is the very first stuffie I got when I came home with Ma and Daddy-dog.  It is a puppy teething toy and Grandma bought it for me.  It is in great shape for a toy that is over 10 years old because I do not play with it.  Baby is always in my crate waiting for cuddles.

Do you have a favorite stuffie?
Do you still have a stuffie from when you were a puppy?

It's Black and White Sunday with Sugar the Golden Retriever and Dachshund Nola.

  1. that's sooo true Oz... and I'm glad Baby always waits for you in your crate. I still have Rizzo the roadkill-rat I've got on my furst christmas... I can't eat him... because he is my friend... well... let's be honest... he has a weird smell and he is totally unedible... even for a Weimaraner...
    Have a super sunday!

  3. Awe! You're so cute! Zoe likes to kill her stuffies but Phoenix definitely has a few favorites. We've even named a few of them!

  4. I the Reilly dog use to have a favorite stuffie - one I got as a puppy - it was a blue moose and over the years it lost all its legs and Mom had to cover it's body with an old sock - that was until Dweeb came along - he killed my Moose once and for all :(

  9. You've had a stuffie for 10 YEARS? We consider one a veteran who last 10 minutes.

  11. Wow, we can't believe a stuffy survived 10 years. We generally only get a few minutes out of most stuffies, however there are some that last months. Hailey likes to sleep with her babies too.

You're so lucky to still have 'your baby.' Sam kills all his stuffies so he can't have them. Don't want him eating the button noses and eyes. ;)

  14. Favorite toy from when I was a puppy? Hmm. There are a couple that exist only because I only get to play with them when Mom and I are playing together. Other than that, no. Except for my FAVORITE toy -- Cammie! ha roo roo roo!!!!

  15. I have my bunny who is usually hanging out in my bed upstairs. Bailie rotates through her favs but no toys in her crate. She enjoys shredding way too much.

  16. So right. You need to have a stuffie to watch your back when you nap.

  17. Ummmm...Bilbo USED to have his Baby....he would carry it all over the house for comfort and then a "certain doggy" (Jakey) chewed it up....but he doesn't seem to miss it too much. You look adorable with your snuggle buddy!

  18. Do I have a "stuffie?" Too many to count! The only stuffie I love is one that is so dirty and old and it was from the Dollar Store...yep....it was...........Mom doesn't have the heart to throw it out because I love it, but it needs to go. It is a red, white and blue plush ball. Barks and licks and love, Dakota

  19. Oz, they sure do! Sophie's first stuffie was a funny looking pink animal, could've been a bear; hard to tell, that came with her from England, where she was born. We still have it, but the poor thing has been replaced by several favorites over the years - the green squeaky worm, then the blue squeaky octopus and now the pink Easter egg stuffie. Sophie's fickle, what can I tell you. Jasper is just learning how to play fetch; it's taken him awhile. His favorite stuffie is the blue version of the pink Easter egg. He loves that thing. And then, there's the green sea turtle egg.... :-)

  21. That is so sweet, Oz! R still has his very first stuffie, and he even plays with it. It's a ring with squeakies in it, and it's designed for tough chewers. I'd say it is tough. It's 7.5 years old!

  22. Shiver doesn't have any of his early stuffies because he chewed them all up. He seems to rotate his favorites now, and isn't as bad about destroying them.
