Ma and I are excited to be attending our first BlogPaws Conference in May. Even more exciting is that Ma will be hosting one of the new 1-on-1 sessions on Saturday and will be sharing the tips and tricks we use here on my Blogger platform blog.
Why are we sharing our tips and tricks? Well, if you know us well then you know we enjoy helping others. We have helped several Blogger friends tweak their blogs over the past year. We also know that while it took us a while to learn some of the tips and tricks, once you know them they are super easy to do (well, most of them anyway).
Ma's tips and tricks range from the very basic (making changes in Layout and Customize Template) to the more advanced (making changes to your CSS and Template HTML). Some tips and tricks will help with the aesthetics of your blog, others will help with your blog statistics and maybe just a few will help you with your Professional Blogger Network campaign posts.

So, if you will be in Nashville at the end of May and are using Blogger as your blogging platform, be sure to sign up for Ma's 1-on-1 session. She only gets 10 minutes with each blogger so you may want to let her know what you need assistance with ahead of time. You can leave it here in the comments or you can email her HERE (info at oztheterrier dot com).
And, if you are not attending the BlogPaws Conference but you need help with something on your Blogger blog, please know you can always ask Ma for assistance. Don't be shy about it, either! She is always happy to help.
If your blog is on Blogger, what tips and tricks do you want to know?
Oh Oz....yous got control of the puptop, quick, log on to the chewy site, treats for all!!!!

Lady wishes she could go to that, maybe another year. After 4.5 years we don't really know any blogger tricks. We actually think it is amazing Lady is smart enough to get any blog out.
ReplyDeleteWe arent going to the conference. Butt we have a question u might know.
ReplyDeleteWe always used to email our cell phone photos to our laptop and post pictures via laptop to blogger.
Butt we just started using a blogger app fur iphone this year to try to simplify putting photos in posts.
Mommys new years resolution was to find a way to get her cell phone photos directly to our blog instead of emailing them to the laptop and saving to the laptop.
since we couldnt upload photos to the blogger post in the traditional blogger website on the iphone, we got the app.
The app works butt it makes our photos a big display size. The picture extends too far to the right into our sidebar.
Our question is if u use the blogger app fur iphone, is there a way to shrink the size of the photo so it displays a normal size.
Thanks
I'm not on blogger so I don't have any tricks, I don't even have any tricks on WP. I can't believe this is your first one, I thought you would have been to some before, good for you and good for you doing a speal to help others out.
ReplyDeleteRing a Ding Dong Hello Oz ~ Well we won't be in Nashville, the ENT told my Lee because of her inner ear disease and vertigo she will never be able to fly ~ bummer! Our comments are certainly dropping and if it continues we will probably close up shop ."Que Sera, Sera (Whatever Will Be, Will Be)".
