  5. It's totally true. I know inspiration strikes me on walks a lot. And my momma sometimes solves work problems when she talks to us during our walks. I'm a very good sounding board!

  16. Mom says it happens when she runs. Me and Stanley have thoughts pop in our heads all the time but mostly they are about playing ball or eating treats.

  29. Oh yes, walks are the best for clear thinking! We haven't been walking as much lately, and I can really feel the difference. We're getting back into it this week though.
