Bravo! for Beef Burgers

OK...in yesterday's post I talked about how we are keeping a limited amount of meat in the freezer now that it is hurricane season.  So I figure I better tell you about my taste test of Bravo! Beef Burger Blend before it is all gone!

This is another company that Ma met at the Global Pet Expo back in March.  She was determined to learn more about the different prepared raw diets for dogs.  She was thrilled when she learned that she had an appointment to learn about Bravo! from the founder.

Bravo! makes several different products ranging from just meat/organ meat, to meat-and-bones as well as products with veggies and added vitamins and minerals.  The formulas are designed to allow everyone to customize their own raw diet, which is pretty cool.

Now, Ma wanted to get me the Bravo! Balance Raw Diet but our store was out!  Can you believe that?  So she got me the Bravo! Blends instead.

Bravo! Beef Blends Burgers
Who knew but Bravo! Blends were the products that launched the brand?!?  Blends are made from pure, premium grade meats, organ meats, ground bones and vegetables.  Ma got me the Beef Burger Blends which are made from grass-fed New Zealand beef, a low fat, high quality protein.  It also helps that they look just like the burgers Ma and Daddy-dog make for themselves!

The Bravo! Beef Blend ingredient list is a simple one:
Beef, Beef Bone, Beef Liver, Beef Kidney, Celery, Squash and Sweet Potato

Guaranteed Analysis:
Crude Protein - 14.9%
Crude Fiber - 0.5%
Crude Fat - 6.3%
Moisture - 76.1%
ME Kcals/kg - 1,837
ME Kcals/oz - 52

And how do they taste, you ask?  OH. MY. DOG.  They are totally delicious.  I think I might like the Bravo! Beef Blend better than my other food.  Shhhhhh!

About Bravo!
Bravo is a family-owned company located in Manchester, Connecticut.  Becoming a raw diet purveyor was a natural outgrowth for them because their original family business specialized in providing high quality meats and poultry to the finest New England restaurants since 1942.  Bravo! offers 125 different items for dogs and cats that are made from antibiotic-free poultry and the highest quality meat and fish.  Every Bravo! product is processed following strict USDA and FDA food safety guidelines.

Not everyone eats a raw diet but I know all my friends eat the food that is best for them.  That is what is most important.
However, if you ever want to try a raw diet, now you know you can eat a delicious and healthy beef burger made by Bravo!

Review Disclaimer:  Oz the Terrier bought the above mentioned product at a significant discount provided by Bravo! Pet Foods.  I did not receive any additional compensation for this post.  The opinions expressed within are my own.

  6. Great review. I love Bravo!

Our dogs are big fans of the chub rolls and I like to give them one of these to offer more variety to their diet.

  7. Gering Gering Ring ring ring ~ Oz why those burgers look like they should be put on the fired up grill and served to everyone on a toasted bun. Maybe fix mine with a tomato and onion and lettuce, I will be over in the time it takes you to grill mine.
    Thanks for being a friend

  26. That does look like an easy way to try a raw diet. We did consider it when I found out I had food allergies, but you are right. We don't think its for us yet, but if we do we would try this! Love Dolly

  28. I did not think I would ever feed raw because of the time and cost involved but lately I have been considering it more and more. All the issues with dog food companies sneaking in ingredients has my considering making changes. I have heard alot of good things about Bravo so I it is definately an option I would consider.
