Some Bunny Loves Us at Clear Conscience Pet - Review & #giveaway

Some Bunny Loves ME at Clear Conscience Pet®
I know this because they sent some of their Bunny Helpers to my house to deliver some delicious Easter treats weeks before the holiday!

Now, as a terrier I usually chase bunnies but I make exceptions for the Easter Bunny and his helpers.  They are, after all, delivery men/women who bring treats to your door and anyone who delivers treats is A-OK in my book.

Clear Conscience OSV™ Treats
I received two different types of treats from Clear Conscience Pet:  the Beef Trachey Chewz™ and the Bison & Beef Liver Bark™.  Both of these treats are made using Clear Conscience's patent-pending OSV™ (Organic SuperVeggie) holistic coating which infuses treats and chews with flax and air-dried veggies to provide the Omega 3 fatty acids and phytonutrients beneficial for a dog's immune system.

According to Clear Conscience, their OSV™ treats provide a nutritional boost of phytonutrients as well as antioxidants from fruits and veggies like tomatoes, spinach and carrots.  The treats are made from quality animal proteins; there's no grains or carbohydrate fillers in them at all.  I also love the fact that:
  • all Clear Conscience treats are made in the USA in USDA-inspected human food level production environments;
  • Clear Conscience is a "green" company that partners with their independent, local natural food processors in the same areas as the ranchers;
  • their cooking methods are all in accord with human natural food manufacturing standards; and
  • if a process, method or ingredient is NOT used in human food production it is NOT used in the their treats.
All that information is pawesome, isn't it?  But I know you are wondering...how do they taste?

Beef Trachey Chewz™
What is not to love about slow roasted, pasture-raised American beef trachea?  They are HUGE (Ma cut mine into thirds for some reason - like I couldn't eat the whole thing?!?) and super crunchy (which I love).

You can be a dog of any size, breed and lifestyle to enjoy these chews!  They are great for satisfying your chew instinct.  I can also attest that they are great for walking around the house while whining (because you do not know where to eat it) as well as for hiding in your favorite spot (mine is behind the guest bathroom toilet - shhhhhh) to save it for later.

Ingredients:
Beef trachea, organic flaxseed, dried tomato, dried spinach, dried carrot

Bison & Beef Liver Bark™
I am a connoisseur of crunchy liver treats!  They are an excellent source of vitamins A, C and the Bs as well as minerals like iron, zinc, copper and phosphorous.  They are also delicious and the Clear Conscience Pet liver treats are no exception!

Ingredients:
Bison liver, organic beef liver, dried spinach, dried pumpkin, dried carrots

  12. I'm always looking for new treats to try with my dogs - I'm sure even dogs get bored of eating the same thing all the time. I have five rescued Treeing Walker Coonhounds who are very food motivated, so I'm sure they'd love all these products.

  18. Hey Oz
    RE: the birds. Once we had one make a nest behind the front porch light. We left it there thinking it would be interesting to watch the eggs hatch. However, every time my peeps went in and out the door the bird would fly at them. Then fly away. Finally she stop coming to the nest the eggs never hatched. Mom didn't want this to happen again so she decided it was best to discourage the bird from nesting there.
