Resolutions for 2013: Part II - The Re-Do!

I have been thinking more and more about my list of resolutions for the New Year and to tell you the truth...I don't like any of them (except maybe take more naps - but oh, that is just a silly one!)!

Why?

I just don't "feel" them.  They aren't really things that I WANT to work on.  So, I am re-writing my list!!!

This year, I really want to focus on my blog and all the extraordinary things that have, and CAN, happen when I put my thoughts down on "virtual paper".  I cannot wait to get started and I have been working behind the scenes to clean up my blog all week!

Without further ado, here is my resolution list re-do (I'm a poet and yeah, I know it - BOL):

  2. That would be great! The biggest thing fur my mom is to get better at the techie stuff...She needs to learn more about adding stuff to my pages and look at going to self-hosted wordpress instead of wordpress.com. She's been good at #'s 1, 2, and 3 lately but I want to make sure she doesn't slack off. And I want her to promise me she'll work on making the Giving Tree a year-round project the way it should be. We do OK with showing off hiking trails, but there are other dog-friendly places we can highlight.

    1. Yes!!! Well, tecchie stuff can be tricky. I can do easy to medium techie stuff but the real stuff we avoid. BOL It can be so confusing.

I think the Giving Tree is a great year-round project! I would love to help with that!

Oh, you could do Dog-Friendly Florida posts too!! Maybe there is a way we can do it together on our separate blogs?!?

Oh! So much to talk about in February!!!!

  3. That sounds like a great list of things to do. I live in a tourist destination too. I like the idea of finding pet friendly spots - but my person won't even take me to the pet store. She says I'd probably steal all the treats off the shelves.

    1. Bongo - wouldn't we all steal the treats off the shelves?!? The pet store is a bit overwhelming for me...too many other dogs to bark at!! BOL

    1. Thanks Ruby! You only have one or two more days to get your list done. I agree that numero uno on your list should be RUN. Your Ma has to stop putting silly things on your head!

  8. I like your new resolutions, Oz! I think you made some good picks. My favorite is the last one, because that's something I enjoy doing, too. We love to feature dog friendly places that are local. It's especially important here because our area isn't generally dog friendly, so we want people to know that we are patronizing places that are and that it's important to us.

Are you and/or your human going to BlogPaws this year? My mom learned A LOT there last year and she is really hoping to go again in 2013.

    1. Hi Bunny!!

Thanks. I liked doing my dog-friendly posts but then life got in the way and we barely posted anything for a while. *sad eyes* I need to get back in the swing of things.

I would LOVE to go to BlogPaws. I remember thinking of going in the past, but we couldn't really afford it at the time. Maybe in 2013 we can afford to go. *whispers* Ma does get nervous when meeting new people for first time...so if she did go, you may have to find her and drag her by a leash!
